About Me
I'm an experienced psychological therapist offering a safe, confidential space to allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I have a doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and I use psychological techniques which are shown to be effective in relieving suffering and enhancing emotional well-being.

I'm trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including humanistic, cognitive behavioural (CBT, ACT) and psychodynamic therapies. I draw on these approaches to tailor the therapy I provide to you based on your needs. This allows me to be flexible in what I offer to help you to gain the most from your sessions with me.

I'm a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). This means I adhere to the strict standards of professional practice set by both these organisations. Alongside my private practice, I work in the NHS with people with long-term health conditions.
